These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of ohanaparts.com and purchases made from OHANAPARTS. The website is operated by HONG KONG DREAM UNIVERSE GOODS E-COMMERCE CO., LIMITED, a company registered in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“Hong Kong”), with a registered address at Flat/RM 5042, 5/F, Yau Lee Centre, No. 45 Hoi Yuen Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights or remedies that you may have under applicable consumer law.

You may use this website for lawful personal or commercial purchasing purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its normal operation, attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems, introduce malicious code, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Product names, materials, finishes, dimensions, care instructions, intended use, packaging information, and other specifications are provided on the applicable product page or product packaging.
Product images are intended to represent the products as accurately as reasonably possible, but minor differences in appearance, packaging, or screen display may occur where permitted by law and without materially changing the product purchased.
Availability is subject to stock.
4. Product Use
Products should be used only in accordance with the directions, warnings, labels, and information supplied with the relevant product.
Product descriptions on the website should not be interpreted as a guarantee of any particular result.
5. Prices and Currency
Prices displayed by the store are in United States dollars (USD), and payments are processed in USD.
Before submitting an order, you will have an opportunity to review the product price and other charges shown during checkout.
Accepted orders are eligible for free shipping under our Shipping Policy. Free shipping does not mean that import duties, import taxes, or destination customs charges are waived.
Where such destination charges legally apply to the customer, they are the customer’s responsibility. Nothing in these Terms transfers to the customer any charge or legal obligation that applicable law requires HONG KONG DREAM UNIVERSE GOODS E-COMMERCE CO., LIMITED to bear.
If your card account is denominated in another currency, your card issuer may convert the transaction or charge currency-related fees under its own terms.

Current payment methods are described on the Payment Methods page. The options actually available to you are those displayed at checkout at the time you place your order.
You must provide accurate payment and billing information.
We will never ask you to send a complete card number, card security code, or one-time verification code to hello@ohanaparts.com.
7. Placing and Accepting Orders
Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected products.
An order becomes accepted by HONG KONG DREAM UNIVERSE GOODS E-COMMERCE CO., LIMITED when we send you an email confirming that we have accepted your order.
Placing an order, payment activity, and any website or email communication should not be treated as the same event unless our order confirmation email expressly states otherwise.
We may reasonably decline or cancel an order before acceptance where, for example:
- an item is unavailable;

If you wish to cancel an order, contact hello@ohanaparts.com as soon as possible and provide your order number.
Whether cancellation is possible depends on the stage of order processing. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing has advanced.
Any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights that apply to you remain unaffected.
10. Shipping
Orders are dispatched from Hong Kong.
Our current processing targets, estimated delivery times, destination restrictions, import-charge information, and procedures for delivery issues are set out in the Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates unless applicable law expressly requires otherwise.
11. Returns and Refunds
Our voluntary return conditions, procedures for damaged or incorrect goods, refund processing, and order-cancellation information are set out in the Refund and Returns page.
Those voluntary rules do not restrict any remedy that must be provided under applicable consumer law, including any legally required repair, replacement, refund, cancellation, or other remedy.
