Orders & returns
Every order leaves the bench within 24 hours on working days with tracked delivery. Unused items can come back within 30 days — no questions, no restocking fee.

How long does dispatch take?
Orders placed before 14:00 PT leave the same working day; everything else goes out within 24 hours. Tracked delivery is typically 3–8 business days depending on destination and customs.
Can I return something I have already opened?
Yes, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. Lighted or loaded pieces cannot be returned, and engraved or personalised items are final sale unless faulty.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to most destinations. Some countries restrict the import of smoking accessories, and we cannot override that — if your country is one of them, checkout will tell you before you pay.
Do you sell wholesale?
We supply a small number of shops. Send your details, a link to your store and your resale certificate, and we will reply with terms.
