This Payment Methods page explains the payment options and currencies currently used for purchases through ohanaparts.com.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
The store currently accepts:
- Visa
- Mastercard
The payment options actually available for a particular order are those displayed at checkout. Only payment options displayed at checkout are available for that order.
2. Currency
The store currently supports United States dollars (USD) and Hong Kong dollars (HKD) as checkout currencies. You may switch between USD and HKD using the currency selector made available on the website.
Prices and payments are displayed and processed in the checkout currency selected or shown during checkout. Payments are not currently supported in any currency other than USD and HKD.
3. Reviewing Your Order Before Payment
Before submitting payment, you should have an opportunity during checkout to review the products selected, quantities or Pack options, product amounts, the applicable checkout currency, and any other applicable charges displayed by the store.
Please review your billing, delivery, and order information carefully before completing the transaction.
4. Shipping and Import Charges
Accepted orders to eligible destinations receive free shipping from the store under the Shipping Policy.
Free shipping does not mean that destination import duties, import taxes, customs charges, or other destination-related government charges are waived.
Where applicable law places such charges on the customer, they remain the customer’s responsibility.
Nothing in this section transfers to the customer an obligation that applicable law requires HONG KONG DREAM UNIVERSE GOODS E-COMMERCE CO., LIMITED to bear.
5. Payments From Accounts in Other Currencies
If your card or bank account is denominated in a currency other than the checkout currency you selected (USD or HKD), your card issuer or bank may convert the transaction into your account currency.
Your card issuer or bank may also apply an exchange rate or related charge.
Any such conversion method, rate, or charge is determined by the relevant financial institution, not by HONG KONG DREAM UNIVERSE GOODS E-COMMERCE CO., LIMITED.
You may wish to contact your card issuer for further information before making a purchase in USD or HKD.
6. Failed or Pending Payments
If a payment fails or appears to remain pending, first review your transaction information and check whether your card issuer has recorded the transaction.
You may then contact your card issuer for information about the payment status.

7. Possible Duplicate Charges
If you believe that you may have been charged more than once for the same transaction, review your card or account transaction history first.
Some records may initially appear as pending rather than completed transactions.
If the issue remains unclear, contact your card issuer and hello@ohanaparts.com with your order number and the relevant transaction details that can safely be shared.
8. Card-Security Information
For your security, do not send the following information to hello@ohanaparts.com:
- your complete payment-card number;
- your card security code; or
- a one-time card or bank verification code.
If customer service needs information to identify an order or investigate a payment issue, we will request only information reasonably appropriate for that purpose.
9. Payment Service Providers
Payment-card information is processed by third-party payment processing companies that enable us to accept and process payments. These providers process payment data for the purpose of completing transactions, fraud prevention, and related payment services. We do not store complete payment-card numbers on our own servers. The specific payment processing companies used may change from time to time and are reflected in the payment options displayed at checkout.
10. Refunds
Refund eligibility and processing are governed by the Refund and Returns page.
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be returned to the original payment method where possible and appropriate.
The time required for the funds to appear after processing may depend on the card issuer or financial institution.
11. Payment Logos
The store displays the official Visa and Mastercard brand marks to indicate currently accepted payment methods.
These marks are used in accordance with the applicable brand guidelines and are not distorted or altered.
A payment-method mark is displayed as an available checkout option only when that payment method is actually enabled.
