This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through ohanaparts.com are processed and delivered.

Orders are dispatched from Hong Kong.

1. Where We Ship

We offer shipping to destinations worldwide where the store accepts delivery, except for the following destinations, which are currently excluded under our store shipping rules:

2. Free Shipping

All orders accepted for delivery to an eligible destination receive free shipping from the store.

Free shipping applies to the store’s shipping charge only.

It does not mean that import duties, import taxes, customs charges, or other destination-related government charges are waived.

3. Order Processing Time

Our target is to dispatch an order within 48 hours after successful payment.

This is a processing target rather than a guaranteed deadline in every circumstance.

Order processing is separate from the estimated transit time described below.

4. Estimated Transit Time

After an order has been dispatched, our delivery target is arrival within approximately 14 days.

This is an estimated transit period and not a guarantee that every shipment will arrive within 14 days.

The estimated period begins after dispatch. It should not be read as a promise that an order will arrive within 14 days from the date on which the order was originally placed.

5. Possible Delivery Delays

Delivery estimates may be affected by circumstances such as:

• customs inspection or clearance;
• incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible delivery information;
• destination-specific import procedures;
• transportation disruption;
• severe weather;
• local delivery disruption; or
• other events affecting the delivery network.

6. Delivery Address

You are responsible for entering an accurate and complete delivery address during checkout.

If you need to request an address change after placing an order, contact hello@ohanaparts.com as soon as possible.

Whether an address can be changed depends on the stage of order processing and dispatch. We cannot guarantee that a change will be possible after processing has advanced.

7. Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs Charges

Depending on the destination, an order may be subject to import duties, import taxes, customs charges, or other destination-related charges.

Where applicable law places those charges on the customer, the customer is responsible for them.

Free shipping does not include or waive such charges.

Nothing in this policy transfers to the customer any tax, charge, customs obligation, or other responsibility that applicable law requires HONG KONG DREAM UNIVERSE GOODS E-COMMERCE CO., LIMITED to bear.

We do not state a fixed amount for destination import charges because they may vary according to the destination, applicable rules, and the order.

8. Customs Information

Customers are responsible for providing information reasonably required from them for lawful destination customs procedures.

Customs inspection or clearance may extend the estimated delivery period.

We cannot guarantee the time taken by a destination authority to complete its procedures.

9. Delivery Problems

Contact hello@ohanaparts.com if:

• you need to request a delivery-address change;
• an order appears substantially delayed;
• an order appears lost;
• a parcel arrives damaged; or
• another delivery problem has occurred.

We will review the circumstances and address the issue in accordance with the order information, this policy, our Refund and Returns policy, and applicable law.

Dispatch of a parcel does not remove any responsibility that applicable law places on HONG KONG DREAM UNIVERSE GOODS E-COMMERCE CO., LIMITED.
