Returns & Refund Policy

This Refund and Returns policy explains the voluntary return rules offered by HONG KONG DREAM UNIVERSE GOODS E-COMMERCE CO., LIMITED for purchases made through ohanaparts.com, together with procedures for order problems and refunds.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.

1. Voluntary 14-Day Return Request Period

You may request a standard return within 14 days after receiving your order.

To request a return, contact hello@ohanaparts.com and provide:

• your order number;
• the product you wish to return; and
• the reason for the return.

Please contact customer service before sending anything to Flat/RM 5042, 5/F, Yau Lee Centre, No. 45 Hoi Yuen Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong so that the return arrangements can be confirmed.

2. Change-of-Mind Returns

For a voluntary change-of-mind return, the product should be:

• unused;
• in its original packaging; and
• in resalable condition.

Ignition tools that have been filled with fuel or used, and engraved items, are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless faulty.

These conditions do not remove remedies for products that are defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, materially different from their description, or otherwise covered by mandatory consumer protections.

For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the cost of sending the product back to Flat/RM 5042, 5/F, Yau Lee Centre, No. 45 Hoi Yuen Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

3. Damaged, Incorrect, Incomplete, or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, defective, or materially different from the product ordered, contact hello@ohanaparts.com as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide your order number and a description of the problem.

Photographs may help us assess the issue and may be requested where reasonable. A video recording of opening the parcel is not the sole evidence required to make a claim.

Where HONG KONG DREAM UNIVERSE GOODS E-COMMERCE CO., LIMITED is responsible for an order problem, return or other reasonable costs will be handled according to the circumstances and applicable law. The customer will not automatically be required to bear return costs for every problem order.

Any legally required repair, replacement, refund, cancellation, or other remedy remains available regardless of the store’s voluntary return rules.

Sending a product without contacting customer service first may make identification of the return more difficult, but this administrative process does not remove rights that applicable law requires us to provide.

5. Refunds

Once a refund has been approved, HONG KONG DREAM UNIVERSE GOODS E-COMMERCE CO., LIMITED aims to process it within 7 business days.

Where possible and appropriate, the refund will be sent to the original payment method.

After we process a refund, the time required for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your card issuer or financial institution.

We do not apply an unconfirmed restocking charge, administrative charge, or automatic refund deduction under this policy.

Our internal review process will not be used to postpone a refund indefinitely. If applicable law requires a refund sooner than the period stated above, the legally required deadline applies.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer a general voluntary exchange service.

This does not restrict any replacement, repair, refund, or other remedy that must be provided under applicable consumer law.

If you wish to purchase a different item as a matter of preference, you may request an eligible return and place a new order separately.

7. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, email hello@ohanaparts.com as soon as possible and provide your order number.

Whether the order can be cancelled depends on its processing stage. We cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be completed.

Any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal right available under applicable law remains unaffected.

8. Statutory Withdrawal and Consumer Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain distance purchases or other mandatory consumer rights.

Where such rights apply, they operate in addition to this store policy and will not be excluded by a voluntary return condition stated here.

Any legally valid exception to a statutory withdrawal right applies only where the applicable law permits that exception.
